Rockstar has never published an official list of GTA VI factions. These are the ones genuinely identifiable — in the trailers, the official screenshots or the 2022 leak — each with its confidence level. Everything else is speculation, and we say so.

Seen on screenTurf — Ambrosia and the highways
The motorcycle club visible in the first trailer, riding through the streets of Ambrosia. The jackets share a common visual identity with individual variations: one official screenshot shows a member wearing a Liberty City Cycles cap and the word “Enforcer” on his jacket, suggesting the classic internal ranking of an outlaw MC.

San4San (S4S)
2022 leakTurf — La Perle, Vice City’s Haitian district
A Haitian-inspired organisation surfaced through debug menus in the 2022 leak, alongside recurring “S4S Life” tags in the environment. Several characters glimpsed in the trailers wear blue bandanas, echoing Vice City’s Haitian gangs from 2002. Rockstar has never confirmed the connection.

Guardia Brothers
RumourTurf — Northern Vice City
A family described as Cuban with mafia ties. This is the least solidly documented of the three: the name circulates in community analysis, but we found no official imagery or first-order leak material to back it. Treat with caution.
